Keep your original files and work with separate downloads. Check your store’s current requirements before choosing common dimensions.

1. Convert HEIC if your store does not accept phone photos.
2. Clean plain backgrounds and inspect subject edges.
3. Crop, then standardize dimensions while preserving the product.
4. Adjust file size and quality with a visual review.
5. Add a watermark only when it fits your platform policy.
6. Map photos to SKUs and download the mapping report.

Test a small upload first. Creating a file does not guarantee acceptance by every store platform.
